4. James 1:17: Remember the good gifts He has given you.

What do you think of when the Bible says God has given us good gifts? Salvation? Eternal life? Spiritual gifts?

What kinds of things do you actually ask God for?

What did James mean by ‘good gifts from God’?

Following is a list from James’ epistle of ten good gifts from God that he mentions.

1. GODLY WISDOM.
2 . RE-BIRTH.
3. RIGHTEOUS STANDING.
4. GODLY CHARACTER.
5.  THE GOOD THINGS WE ASK FOR.

God gifts us as our Heavenly Father.
6. UNMERITED FAVOR.
7. RESTORATION.
8. LIFE AND A FUTURE.
9. COMPASSION AND MERCY.
